Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active and traceable within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
TrendTreasure.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

INCORRECT ADDRESS & WRONG DELIVERY
Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing an order. TrendTreasure.store is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to re-ship the item.

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
TrendTreasure.store is liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking status indicates delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at: support@trendtreasure.store
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items, as these will be required to file a claim and process your replacement or refund quickly.
