Our Refund Policy

At Trend Treasure, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@trendtreasure.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and approve your return before you ship anything back.

Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes. Approved cancellations are refunded within 10 business days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damage to support@trendtreasure.store and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse. Items returned outside the 30-day window or without prior approval may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
